We understand things come up and you may need to reschedule. Unfortunately last minute cancellations and no shows do not allow those appointment times to be filled by other clients. Cancellation Policy- Cancellation within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation same day as your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No shows will be subject to 100% of the service charge.
